William Frank Stoltz was born 15 Oct 1881 in
New York, New York and died in San Antonio, Bexar, Texas on 8 Apr 1952.
He was the son of Franz Stoltz and Francisca M Ziezing Stoltz.
In 1904 he married Florence Louise Green. They had five children:
Regan George Stoltz; and
Infant Stoltz (mother died giving birth).
On 3 Jun 1923 he married Omie Olivia Edge. They had two children:
