Ambrose Andrew Harwell was born 19 Jul 1889 in Bandera, Texas and died 18 Aug 1947 near Kendalia, Kendall, Texas. He was the son of Thomas Harwell and Martha Caroline Johnson Harwell.
He married Josephine Gildemeister (Dec 1891 - ?) on 22 Dec 1907. They had two children:
Lottie Harwell; and
He married Amy Emily Edge on 27 Dec 1916. They had four children:
Ambrose died in an automobile accident that also took the lives of Dan Gardner and Oscar Kneupper.
