Frank Woodrow Piper was born in Austin, Travis, Texas on 15 Nov 1912 and died in Blanco, Texas on 20 Apr 2001. He was the son of Frank Wade Piper and Lillie McLauren Piper.
He married Ruth Faith McDonald. They had two sons:
David Richard Piper; and
Donald Raymond Piper who married Rosemary Elaine Schuetz.
