Fred Peter Elbel was born 14 Nov 1921 in
Kendalia, Kendall, Texas and died in Boerne, Kendall, Texas on 19 Jan 2003.
He was the son of Paul Henry Elbel and Lena Amman Schwarz Elbel.
On 13 Mar 1943 he married Wanda Elizabeth Wise. They had three children:
Frederick Peter Elbel (1946 - 2020) who married Donna Oatman (1948 - living);
Edward Richard Elbel (1949 - living) who married Cynthia Fest (1951 - living); and
Donald Paul Elbel (1956- living) who married Jo Ann Santos (1952 - living).
