Perry Jay Taber

Perry Jay Taber was born 29 Sep 1955 in Merrillville, Lake, Indiana and died on 6 Jan 2009. He was the son of James Taber and Marjorie Taber.

In 1977 he married Yvonne Chirby. They had three children:

Adam Taber;

Jessica Taber; and

Grace Taber.
